The machineries used for the realization of the piece are the numerical control lathe with motorized C axis, combined with milling manufactures with 5 axis CNC machine Cad Cam programmed and wire electrical discharge machining.
The used material is a quenched AISI 420: the metal has been worked with hardening heat quenching treatment and an additional treatment of mechanical polishing.
The precision in the realization of the piece is centesimal, but the precision level is established by the client depending on the proposed design.
